Refund policy

ForAlll is committed to providing quality electronic accessories at wholesale prices. Our products include handsfree, speakers, chargers, data cables, headsets, mobile covers, and other electronic accessories.

No Return & No Refund

ForAlll currently does not offer returns or cash refunds on purchased products. All sales are considered final once the order has been delivered or the product has been purchased.

However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from the product you ordered, we may provide an exchange after verification.

Exchange Policy

Customers can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product if:

  • The product is defective or not working upon arrival.

  • The product is damaged when received.

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

To request an exchange, customers may be required to provide clear pictures or a video showing the issue.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, where applicable. Products damaged due to misuse, physical damage, water/liquid exposure, voltage issues, modification, or unauthorized repair will not be eligible for exchange.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong product/model, selects the wrong item, or no longer requires the product. Customers are requested to check the product details and specifications carefully before placing an order.

Wholesale Orders

As ForAlll sells electronic accessories at wholesale rates, wholesale orders are also covered by our No Return & No Refund Policy. Only eligible defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products may be considered for exchange.

Exchange Process

Once an exchange request is received, our team will review the issue. If the request is approved, the product will be exchanged with the same or an equivalent product, subject to availability.
